Shipping time
Shipping times depend on product availability, as indicated on the product page.
If the product is in stock, orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, islands, or international shipments due to carrier schedules and customs procedures.
Express Delivery
Items that are in stock are typically delivered within 24–72 hours.
Shipping is free for orders over $125. Orders below $125 are subject to a $30 shipping fee.

Pallet Delivery
Certain products may require pallet shipping due to their size, weight, or packaging requirements.
In these cases, we will arrange appropriate freight transportation to ensure that your products are delivered safely and securely.
Claveclub currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada.
Orders for in-stock items are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during the weekend are processed on the next business day and handed over to the shipping carrier shortly after.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order will be shipped as soon as it becomes available from the manufacturer. Orders paid by bank transfer or other prepayment methods are processed and shipped only after payment has been received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately. The tracking will become active once the carrier scans the package at the first sorting facility, so there may be a short delay before tracking updates appear.
Returns
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at info@claveclub.com and include your order number, invoice number, and the item you wish to return.
